VSIT has catered to every aspect that a student should have. Extra circular activities are a must in every students life. VSIT has a total of 3 multi purpose grounds that are used by the students of recreational activities.

VSIT houses the following outdoor sports:

• Cricket
• Football
• Volleyball
• Throwball
• Dodgeball
• Box Cricket
• Kabaddi
• Kho-Kho
• Ring Football

Apart from these Outdoor Sports, VSIT has also established a 'Gymnasium' which houses many Indoor Sports like:

• Table Tennis
• Man - sized Chess Board
• Carrom

VSIT also has a future plan of establishing a Basketball Court and Swimming Pool within the College Campus.
