“A good teacher is a brilliant light, illuminating the prism of life, revealing to students a rainbow of possibilities.” -Joanna Fuchs

Ten years ago, I started my career as a Teacher. My mentor’s confidence on me made me to choose teaching as my career option. He motivated me to start teaching.

I also had an opportunity to be an Industrial Trainer and taught the basics of Java in Kilobytes Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

My Teaching Philosophy is all students are individual and everyone learns in their unique way. I use multiple methods of teaching (linguistic, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) to teach students so that each student achieves their desired goal.

Throughout my teaching career I have opportunities to instruct a diverse group of students, including those who perform average and above the grade level. I also participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs allowing me to enhance my teaching methods and implement engaging activities, which facilitate all styles of learners.

I believe mindfulness and creativity at the workplace are key to success – as I am passionate about Jewellery Designing which gives me creative satisfaction. I have participated in many exhibitions and showcased my jewelry.

I consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on my academic foundations in new technology and stay in tune with the latest digital upcoming tech through joining different coursework.

In addition to being a Professor, I am also a member of The Computer Society of India, handling Projects of TYBSc.IT, In-charge of college Publications. I also actively participate as an In-charge in many students related activities (Verve, Vigour, Degree Distribution, Hunar).

My area of interest is in Programming Languages like (C++, Core and Advance Java, .net, HTML5, Advance Mobile Programming, Python.

My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to the success and I was awarded the Best Paper at International Research Paper published titled “Motivation of using Cognitive Radio Networks with UAVs for Border Patrolling” in V-CMT-2017.

My interest in building a minor research project titled “Tracking person within the organization using IoT” was a great success with the help and support of my colleague and I was awarded by the University of Mumbai with the grants of Rs. 15,000/-
