Teaching Experience

I have always believed that education has the power to transform lives and create future leaders. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and continued with a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) in Business Management from Lala Lajpatrai College. To further develop my skills as an educator, I pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from K. J. Somaiya College of Education, which strengthened my understanding of effective teaching and learning practices. 

My teaching career started at the junior college level, where I spent a year nurturing young minds and helping students build a strong academic foundation. This experience provided valuable insights into student development and reinforced my passion for teaching. I later transitioned to Degree college and have been teaching undergraduate students for the past two years. 

As a faculty member in the Department of Management, I am passionate about connecting classroom learning with real-world business practices. I strive to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, ethical decision-making, and lifelong learning. My objective is not only to impart knowledge but also to inspire students to become confident professionals and responsible leaders. 

I strongly believe that every student possesses unique potential, and as an educator, I am committed to guiding, mentoring, and empowering them to achieve their personal and professional aspirations. Through continuous learning and dedication to academic excellence, I aim to make a meaningful contribution to the field of management education and the growth of future business leaders.
