In compliance with UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, we have established the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) to ensure a structured redressal mechanism.

Step-by-Step Grievance Submission Process
1.Online Submission (Preferred)
Students can submit grievances via the Online Grievance Portal.
The institution shall refer the complaint to the appropriate SGRC within 15 days.
2.Offline Submission
Students can submit a written complaint to the Chairperson, SGRC, in person or via email at sgrc@vsit.edu.in.
4.Appeals Process
If not satisfied with SGRC’s resolution, students can appeal to the Ombudsperson within 15 days.
